Welcome to Home System Lab. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Home System Lab provides technical engineering, 3D modeling, and installation of custom cabinetry and storage systems. All projects are built to specific measurements provided or verified during our technical consultation.

2. Project Timeline & The “3-Week” Guarantee

Our 3-week installation window begins only after the Final 3D Design Approval and receipt of the initial deposit.
Delays caused by site unreadiness, structural issues in the building, or client-requested changes after production has started will void the 3-week guarantee.

3. Custom Orders & Cancellations

Made-to-Measure: Because our products are custom-engineered for your specific space using premium AGT and Egger panels, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once manufacturing has begun in our Lab.
Changes: Any modifications requested after the technical drawings are approved may incur additional engineering and material fees.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit (as specified in your project quote) is required to initiate the engineering and procurement phase.
Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the installation.
Home System Lab reserves the right to withhold warranties or technical support until the balance is paid in full.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure that the installation site is clear, accessible, and ready for work at the scheduled time.
It is the client’s responsibility to secure any necessary building permits or HOA approvals required for the installation.

6. Intellectual Property

All 3D models, CAD shop drawings, and technical designs created by Home System Lab remain our intellectual property. These materials are provided to the client for the sole purpose of the specific project contracted and may not be reproduced for other manufacturers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Home System Lab is responsible for the quality of our engineering and installation. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues, plumbing, or electrical conditions at the project site that may affect the final fit or function of the cabinetry.

8. Warranty

We stand by our European-standard craftsmanship. Specific warranty periods for materials (AGT/Egger) and installation labor will be provided in your individual project contract.
